Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Mizan, a service operated by Authect. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: privacy@xolt.io.
The service
Mizan analyzes the Amazon seller data you authorize it to read, together with the costs you enter, and provides metrics, findings, a monthly action plan and exports. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and turn on two-step verification where required. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your organization.
Connecting Amazon
Connect only seller accounts you are authorized to connect. Mizan reads data through Amazon's official API and does not change your listings, prices or campaigns. You can revoke access in Mizan or in Seller Central at any time. Mizan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, and your use of Amazon remains subject to Amazon's own terms.
Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export it and delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, to break security, to overload the service, to resell it without our agreement, or to use it in breach of the law or of Amazon's policies.
Insights are not advice
Metrics depend on the data Amazon provides and the costs you enter, and some figures stay provisional until Amazon settles them. The action plan is generated automatically and may contain mistakes. It is not financial, tax or legal advice; decisions remain yours.
Fees
Mizan is free during the beta. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will show the price and ask you to agree to it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mizan available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by deleting your account or organization. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, Authect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We will post updated terms here with a new date and tell account owners by email about material changes. Continuing to use Mizan after a change means you accept it.
